Do my clients have to download an app?

No. They book on your website from their phone, with nothing to install, and reminders reach them on WhatsApp.

Can I ask for a deposit only on some treatments?

Yes. You choose which treatments require a deposit and how much, as a percentage or a fixed amount, and your cancellation policy is shown before they pay.

Does it work for hair salons, barbershops and nail salons?

Yes. It works for any service by appointment: beauty, hair, barbering, nails, massage, waxing or yoga and Pilates classes.

How do session packs work?

You create the pack with the number of sessions, the price and the expiration date. The client buys it online or in person, and each time they come in, one session is deducted from their balance. Packs are available from the Center plan.

Can I save before and after photos?

Yes, they’re stored in the client’s record and only your team sees them. To post them on social media you need the client’s consent, and the record shows whether they gave it.

Does the AI agent give health or skin advice?

No. It answers prices, duration, professionals and times, and books appointments. If someone asks about contraindications or a health problem, it passes the question to your team.

Can I change plans if I add professionals?

Yes. You move up to the next plan when your team grows or you open another location, without re-entering anything.
