Can I load my starting stock from a spreadsheet?

Yes. We import products, variants, codes, and units by location from Excel or Google Sheets. We recommend doing a count before you start so you begin with real numbers.

How does the Mercado Libre sync work?

On the Network plan you connect your seller account and link each listing to its product. The sync depends on your account being active and eligible, and on the conditions Mercado Libre applies to each seller and listing: if one is paused or restricted, the system flags it for you to review. Mercado Libre’s fees and costs are paid separately.

Does it work with my online store?

If your store is a kaptativa store, it shares the stock directly. If you use WooCommerce, we connect it so it sells from the same units; other platforms we assess in the demo.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

It is not required. Counts and receipts can be done with your phone’s camera, and if you already have scanners at the counter, they work too.

What happens if there are differences in a count?

The system shows you, product by product, what there was and what was counted. You review the differences and, when you confirm the adjustment, it is saved with its reason and the user who made it.

Can I see how much my stock is worth?

Yes. From the Branches plan you see stock valued at cost and at sale price, by location. For accounting or tax matters, you export the information for your accountant.

Can I add branches later?

Yes. You add a new warehouse or store from the dashboard and, if you go over your plan’s limit, you switch to the next one without re-entering anything. Your products and your history are always yours.
