Does it work for clubs, mutuals and professional associations?

Yes. They all share the essentials: member roster, fees and communication. Each organization adds what it needs: benefits, activities, space bookings or assemblies.

How do members pay their fees?

By automatic debit on a card or Mercado Pago, with a payment link each month or at the admin office. Every payment is saved in the member’s file.

What about members who don’t use a phone?

They keep paying and checking at the admin office as usual. The card can also be printed, and the office records their payments in the same system.

Does the system decide who votes at the assembly?

No: your bylaws decide. You enter the conditions (seniority, category, fees up to date) and the system builds the list with those rules for the committee to review.

Can it handle several locations or branches?

Yes, on the Federation plan. Each location has its own activities, spaces and admin office, with a single member roster.

Can you move over our current member roster?

Yes. At the start we import members, family groups and categories from your spreadsheets, and we go over any data that doesn’t match with you.

Does the member data belong to the organization?

Yes. The member roster and all the information belong to your organization, even though we manage the hosting.
