Do I have to leave Booking or Airbnb?

No. Your site adds a channel of your own where you pay no commission per booking. Syncing your calendar with those platforms is not included in the plans: we assess it case by case and quote it separately.

What happens if a night gets booked in two places?

Bookings on your site lock the date as soon as the deposit arrives. The ones you close by phone, WhatsApp or another platform you enter on the calendar, and they get blocked too.

Who decides the deposit amount?

You do. It can be a share of the total or a fixed amount, and you show your cancellation policy before payment. The rest is paid however you agree with the guest.

Can it connect to my channel manager?

It depends on which one you use. It’s not included in the plans: we review it in the demo and, if it’s possible, we quote it separately.

Does it work for short-term rental apartments?

Yes. Each apartment is just one more unit on the calendar, with capacity, photos and a price per season.

Does the WhatsApp agent take bookings on its own?

It quotes with your rates and sends the link so the guest can choose and pay the deposit. Groups and special requests are handed to you with a summary.

Can I change plans in the middle of the season?

Yes. You move up to the next plan when you add units or want the AI agent, without re-entering anything.
