What does the customer need to see the menu?

Just their phone’s camera. They point it at the code, the menu opens like any other web page and, to order online, there’s nothing to install either.

What share of each order does kaptativa keep?

None. Orders from your site are paid into your own account, via Mercado Pago, bank transfer or cash. You pay your plan’s monthly fee and, if you use Mercado Pago, what it charges for its service.

Can I stay on the delivery apps?

Yes. Your site doesn’t replace them: it adds a channel of your own. Having those apps’ orders flow into your dashboard on their own isn’t part of any plan; if you need it, we’ll look into it and quote it separately.

Can I change prices on the spot?

Yes. Whatever you touch in the dashboard, be it a price or a dish that ran out, shows instantly on the QR menu and in online orders.

Can kitchen tickets be printed?

Tickets show in the dashboard, on a screen or tablet in the kitchen. Printing them on a ticket printer depends on the printer model: we go over it in the demo and, if needed, quote it separately.

Does it work for several locations?

Yes, on the Brigade plan. Each location has its own menu, hours and delivery zones, and you see everything from the same dashboard.

And the invoice for each order?

It’s added with the e-invoicing add-on: the invoice goes out from the order, valid with ARCA. If you use a fiscal controller or a fiscal printer, we’ll look into that separately.
