System for law firms

Your law firm with every deadline flagged before it expires

Each case file with its stage, its filings and its upcoming dates. The attorney in charge gets the alert with days to spare, and the client checks how their case is going without having to call you.

  • Deadline alerts by email and WhatsApp
  • Hearings and deadlines in the firm’s calendar
  • A portal for clients to follow their case

Your firm, in one place

Every case file knows where it stands. So do you.

Cases, deadlines, hearings, filings and fees all stay together. You open it from your desktop or from your phone at the courthouse, and the whole team works from the same information.

  • Deadlines with advance notice

You enter the due date once and the alert arrives with days to spare, to you and to whoever handles the case.

  • Cases with their stage

Case caption, court, client and where each case file stands, all in one record.

  • One calendar for everyone

Hearings, mediations and meetings with their case file and attorney, visible to the whole team.

  • Filings in their folder

Powers of attorney, evidence, service notices and filings saved inside each case, with no loose files.

  • Fees in order

What was agreed with each client, what they’ve already paid and the outstanding balance, installment by installment.

  • Inquiries that arrive clearly

Those from the website and from WhatsApp come in with a name, a topic and a summary so you can decide.

Every case with its history, its dates and its papers

Open the case file and you have everything: what stage it’s in, what comes next and what was filed.

The client knows where their case stands. You decide what they see and when.

1 · Your customer

What your client finds

They log in from their phone and find their case’s stage, what comes next, the documents you shared with them and how much they’ve paid so far.

2 · You, in the dashboard

What you see

You mark which updates and documents get published to the portal. Internal notes and drafts stay with the firm only.

Deadlines and alerts

Every deadline has an owner and an alert, even when the person who entered it is out

You enter the due date and who handles it. The system sends the alert, as far ahead as you choose, by email and WhatsApp, to whoever has the case and anyone else you add.

  • Alert days before and on the day itself, as you prefer
  • What’s due this week, attorney by attorney
  • Each closed deadline logged with the date and who did it
  • By email and WhatsApp
  • View by attorney
  • History of each deadline
Fees and payments

What you’re owed, client by client, without a separate spreadsheet

You enter what you agreed with each client, in one payment or in installments. When a payment comes in you log it in the case, and before each installment the client gets a reminder.

  • Fees in one payment, in installments or monthly
  • Reminder to the client before each installment
  • Each client’s balance on their record and in their portal
Included in the Practice plan

Make sure the Sunday-night inquiry gets captured and organized

The WhatsApp agent answers questions about hours, practice areas and how to request a first meeting. It doesn’t give legal advice: it takes the details and builds a case summary for the attorney in that area.

  • Asks for just the essentials: name, topic, dates and whether there are papers
  • Doesn’t comment on the case or state legal deadlines
  • Passes you the inquiry with a summary, ready to decide on

FAQ

What people ask us before getting started

Have another question? Write to us and we'll answer for your case.

Ask your question
Does the WhatsApp agent give legal advice to clients?

No. It’s configured not to comment on cases or state deadlines. It answers general questions about the firm, takes the details and a summary, and passes the inquiry to the right attorney.

Does it connect to the court system?

Not automatically: the team enters each case’s updates in the case file. If your firm needs a connection to a court system, we’ll look into it and quote it separately.

What does the portal publish and what stays internal?

The client sees only what you mark as visible: their case’s stage, what comes next, the documents you share and their fee balance. Notes, drafts and team conversations stay with the firm.

Is it useful if I practice alone?

Yes. The Docket plan is designed for one or two attorneys: cases, deadlines with alerts, calendar and the firm’s website. If people join later, you move up a plan without migrating anything.

Who sets the date of each deadline?

You do. From the case file you choose what needs to be done, the date and who is in charge; how the deadline is counted is up to you. The system takes care of alerting as far ahead as you configure.

What files can I upload to a case?

PDFs, Word documents and photos. They’re organized by type and date inside the case file, and the ones you want to share with the client you mark as visible in their portal.

Is the firm’s information mine?

Yes. Your clients’ and cases’ data belongs to the firm, and the site’s domain is in your name, even though we manage the hosting. Each person logs in with their own username.

Fewer scares over deadlines, more time for your clients.
