Can I keep publishing on the portals?

Yes. Your site adds a channel of your own where inquiries cost nothing, and from the same listing you publish on Mercado Libre and on portals like Trovit, Mitula and Properati. Zonaprop and Argenprop will be added once their connection is approved.

Do I have to enter my whole portfolio again?

No. If you’re coming from Tokko, we bring it over from there. If you have it in spreadsheets or in another system, we import it for you before you start.

How does rent adjustment work?

You enter each contract with its index (ICL, IPC, CER, UVA or a fixed percentage) and how often it adjusts. The system downloads the official indexes every day and calculates the amount of each payment. It’s included from the Office plan.

Can I show some prices in dollars and others in pesos?

Yes. Each listing picks its currency, and visitors to your site can filter by it. For rentals, the adjustment indexes apply to contracts in local currency.

How is the plan paid?

With a monthly fee in pesos, no international card needed. If you pay for the year, you get one month free. Prices are adjusted by IPC and we give you 30 days’ notice.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You start with the plan that fits your portfolio today and move up when you add properties, users or rentals, with nothing to migrate.

Whose name are the website and the data under?

Your agency’s. The domain and the whole portfolio are yours, even though we take care of the hosting.
