On your customer’s phone
They pay, get the invoice by email and the notification on WhatsApp, and follow the shipment as soon as the package leaves. All without anyone on your team writing a message.
We link your online store, Mercado Libre, Mercado Pago, ARCA (Argentina’s tax agency), your spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. When a sale comes in, stock adjusts, the invoice goes out and the customer gets their notification without anyone copying a single piece of data.
Today someone moves Mercado Libre sales into a spreadsheet, makes invoices by hand and sends WhatsApp updates. With your systems connected, it all happens on its own, and your team gets to focus on selling and serving customers.
The sale is recorded once and the other systems update on their own: stock, invoice, shipping and spreadsheet.
When Mercado Pago approves a payment, the invoice is issued through ARCA and sent to the customer by email.
What sells on Mercado Libre is deducted in your store and vice versa, so you never have listings for products you no longer have.
Low stock, a rejected payment or a delayed shipment reach the right person by WhatsApp or email.
Yesterday’s sales, payments and stock in your WhatsApp or email, at the time you choose.
Each flow records what it did and when. If a step fails, it tells you and retries from where it left off.
What someone does by hand every day today, handled by the systems themselves.
There's no list price: each project is quoted based on what you need. Discovery is free and the quote arrives in writing, with the scope, price and date of each stage, before we start.

We look at how you work today and what it needs to solve.
Scope, stages, timelines and a fixed price for each one.
You pay per stage and use each delivery from day one.

Each flow with its runs for the day, what went well and what needs a look. If something fails, you find out with details of what happened.
An example with a wholesaler: Sauce Distribuciones’ sales reps enter orders in a Google spreadsheet from their phones. Each new row reserves stock, builds the delivery note, notifies the warehouse and messages the customer with the delivery day. If something is missing, the order is flagged for review.
Third-party services sometimes don’t respond or change. Each flow records what it did, retries the steps that fail and, if it can’t solve it on its own, alerts the right person with the details of the problem.
Some steps aren’t just copying a piece of data: you have to read a PDF invoice, understand an email or answer a question. That’s where we add AI inside the flow, with clear rules and a person reviewing whatever it isn’t sure about.
Services you turn on in your system when you need them, without switching platforms.
If you don’t invoice electronically yet, we get ARCA invoicing up and running from the dashboard.
Type A, B and C invoices, credit notes and delivery to the customer.Monthly review of your flows and hours to adjust them when something changes in an outside service.

Three steps, with a fixed proposal before we start.
You tell us what’s done by hand every day and we look at how the data moves today.
Together we choose what to automate first and send you a fixed price with its timeline.
We connect, test with real data, document each flow and show your team how to follow it.

Each flow logs what it does and alerts you if a step fails. If the service goes down, the flow retries and the data waits in the queue. If its API changes, we adjust it within the support period or with the maintenance plan.
Your company does. Connections are made with accounts in the business’s name and the data only moves from one of your systems to another. When we finish, we hand over the documentation for each flow.
Those of each service: Mercado Pago and Mercado Libre commissions, the WhatsApp conversations Meta charges for and, if you use AI, model usage. The ARCA connection has no cost. If the flows run on n8n, the server is quoted separately.
If the change falls within what was defined, we adjust it within the quote. If it adds something new, we send you the cost and timing before doing it. After delivery, changes go as an enhancement or under the maintenance plan.
One-time integrations are paid partly when the quote is approved and the rest on delivery. The connected operation is paid by stage. Amounts are in US dollars and can be paid in pesos.
No. It issues invoices with the rules you set with your accountant: invoice type, point of sale and tax rates. We don’t give tax advice; the tax setup is decided by your accounting firm.
