Does it work for online courses?

Yes. Each course can be in person, online or mixed. For online ones you add the class link and the student finds it in their account; you hold the video call with the tool you already use.

How does the student enroll?

From your site, on a phone or computer: they pick the course, fill in their details and pay the first installment or the full course with Mercado Pago. If you prefer, you can also enroll them yourself from the front desk.

Can I charge in monthly installments?

Yes. You define how many installments each course has and their due dates. Before each one, the student gets a notice with the payment link and you see everyone's status in a list.

What happens when a course fills up?

It stops being offered on the site and interested people join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the first on the list gets the notice to confirm and pay.

Do teachers get their own access?

Yes. Each teacher sees their courses, takes attendance from their phone, leaves notes per student and, if they give private lessons, manages their free slots.

Can I keep charging in cash or by transfer?

Yes. You record the payment on the dashboard and the student's status updates just like with an online payment.

How do I move over the students I already have?
